In this episode, she details her journey into becoming a trauma-informed breathwork teacher and how she had to release old patterns including excessive drinking or just being in the wrong environment to move forward in healing from sexual trauma. She now lives a very healthy and holistic life, inspiring others to heal and grow from past trauma and take control back over their lives.
